Back in 2008, K J Bookkeeping and Payroll didn’t yet exist and it was just founder, Kate Swadkins, working at the kitchen table with her laptop and calculator whilst, also, working part-time just to pay the bills like many others out there. Fast forward to 2017 and KJ Bookkeeping and Payroll Services was born. Having grown substantially in this period, they are now based in their own offices in South Birmingham with a dedicated and knowledgeable team all working together to bring professional and down-to-earth service to an entire spectrum of customers.

Having started business on a very small scale, Kate and also her team understand the needs of small businesses and individuals who are just getting started along with those larger, more established companies and can provide a service tailored to the individual client's needs. KJ Bookkeeping and Payroll have over 20+ years of experience in both the industry and private practice sectors, have become a qualified member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and the Association of Accounting Technicians along the way.
