There will, also, be times that you will have to pay an employee when they are not at work. For instance, if they are entitled to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Shared Paternal Pay (ShPP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP), Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP) or Pay in lieu of notice. These rates are subject to change but KJ Bookkeeping and Payroll make sure to stay up to date and can advise you accordingly.
We are, also, more than happy to chat to any of your employees regarding their tax codes or any deductions made from their pay on your behalf if you would like us to. We will run a full payroll report for you and produce end of year P60s and prepare and file forms like your P14 and/ or P35.
